Pal Sarai, Managing Director of Prima Europe was looking for a CRM tool that could help streamline their sales process, organise sales data and increase overall productivity. The requirement was for a user-friendly, easy to maintain solution, that could be implemented quickly, and had the ability to improve team collaboration and sales performance tracking.
As a Pipedrive Premiere Partner, Conduit was able to deliver a comprehensive Pipedrive demo to all Prima’s principals in the UK and US to explore its capabilities and understand if Pipedrive was the right solution for the business.
As part of the demo, Conduit performed a preliminary assessment of the main business objectives and functional requirements, to assess suitability and determine the best approach to follow during the project.
Following the demo, Conduit provided a clear and concise proposal to Prima with a recommended project approach. A plan with specific phases and workshop sessions was agreed with stakeholders.
The project was split into three main stages:
1 ) An analysis & design phase to collect and document requirements, define a shared vision for the pipeline processes and agree outcomes
2 ) Pipedrive implementation and configuration of key features and functionality, including development of custom fields and reports
3 ) Onboarding and training for all key stakeholders and users
